1. Return Window
We want you to love your new jewelry. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
Condition: Pieces must be free of scratches, resizing, or alterations.
Packaging: All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and cleaning cloths, must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-designed, personalized jewelry, and any associated deposits
Engraved items.
Items resized by another jeweler.
Final Sale items.
4. Return Process
Request a Return: Email our support team at care.eternalflamesjewelry.com, include your order number and reason for return to receive a return merchandise authorization.
Pack the Item: Securely pack your item in the original packaging.
Shipping: Return the item to the address indicated in the return merchandise authorization.
Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing.
Refund: Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery to initiate a repair or exchange.
