Order Processing
In-Stock Items: Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.
Some items may require additional processing time: All items are handcrafted, and even in-stock items may require up to 1 week of additional time to be completed prior to shipping.
Made-to-Order/Custom Items: These may require 2-4 weeks or more for production before shipping.
Weekends/Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
Package Security & Lost Items
Packaging: Jewelry is packaged securely in multiple layers to prevent damage and tampering.
Lost/Stolen Items: While we insure all packages, we are not responsible for theft if the package is signed for at the address, or if delivery is redirected via the carrier without our consent.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are determined by the destination customs office.

1. Return Window
We want you to love your new jewelry. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
Condition: Pieces must be free of scratches, resizing, or alterations.
Packaging: All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and cleaning cloths, must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-designed, personalized jewelry, and any associated deposits
Engraved items.
Items resized by another jeweler.
Final Sale items.
4. Return Process
Request a Return: Email our support team at care.eternalflamesjewelry.com, include your order number and reason for return to receive a return merchandise authorization.
Pack the Item: Securely pack your item in the original packaging.
Shipping: Return the item to the address indicated in the return merchandise authorization.
Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing.
Refund: Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery to initiate a repair or exchange.
